Experience breathtaking views of Cozumel

We took a taxi to Barracuda Hotel, checked in with the scuba shop, and waited by the pier. We got there about an hour early but we only waited about half an hour before Albatross came to get us. Fabio, who I guess is the captain, gave off a serious and professional confidence, which is what you want for an activity with some risks involved. They were also friendly and, when my daughter got sick, Fabio was right there to clean it up and gave her clean towels to wipe her face. There was a drizzle and some dark clouds a little ways off, and they patiently waited for it to clear up before we went up. Absolutely recommended.

The staff was professional and courteous. Miguel went above and beyond - even giving me a n Albatross mask after I lost mine on the boat. We felt very safe and well taken care of. We would definitely use this company again!

Best parasailing experience! The staff is punctual, the boat is clean, and the parasailing is smooth. I even had a broken arm and the boat staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend this parasailing experience if you want to see the best views of the island.

Had an excellent experience. Miguel was professional and pleasant. The staff on the boat were very efficient and made us feel very safe. One of those in our party could not go up due to low winds that day but the company does not control the weather! Our refund was very prompt. I would 100% use this company again. My friend and I booked our excursion on their website for parasailing. You can book one parasail and one rider, which means you just ride in the boat. We didn't know that until we were already in the boat but the captain let both of us go up anyway and we just paid the difference when we got off. They were so trusting and trustworthy themselves. We arrived late when we were supposed to arrive 15 minutes early and we were so afraid we wouldn't be able to fly. But Miguel was so calming and forgiving. He put us right at ease when we arrived and changed our whole mood back to happiness. He gave us some cool fun facts about the water color. And it was such a joyful peaceful fun experience. The boat captain and his son took care of us. This was a great excursion experience and so glad I chose this business to support. They took great photos and videos with our cell phone.
